Already present by the end of the 1800, it is a very welcoming environment consisting of several rooms, an indoor garden and it has always been family owned. Today, in fact, the Galli family continues this tradition by offering the typical handmade Bolognese cuisine with its tagliatelle al ragù, tortellini, cotolette with friggione, pastas, desserts, gramigna with sausage, onions, fried green tomatoes, stuffed olives, crescentine and tigelle. We do not forget mushrooms and white truffle, which are always present on our seasonal menu, on lasagna, zucchini, soufflé, potatoes and quail eggs.
